The Ignite Federation believes in inspiring and developing passionate people. From the pupils to the staff and Governors, the world needs people who are passionate about learning and about becoming their absolute best.
We are relentless in the persuit of excellence. Excellence is not measured purely by a label or a grading but by the knowledge that every member of the team is valued and inspired to be their absolute best. We believe that striving towards this should be modelled by the adults who in turn will expect this from each and every pupil within our community.
As a duo of schools within the Church of England Coventry Diocese family we are proud to be rooted on the principles of the Christian faith tradition - this includes the acceptance and tolerance of all people from all belief systems and from all cultures and backgrounds.
Welcome to this brief introduction to the Ignite federation. Formed in September 2018 the Ignite Federation aims to unite two isolated schools with very similar aims and school ethos into a more unifying and collegiate way of working. The premise is that by working together and learning from each other, utilising the skills of both schools, the journey of school improment can be mutually beneficial in a truly symbiotic relationship.
The Executive Headteacher of the federation is Mr Andrew Edwards and he can be contacted via either school for federation related matters.
